- four apartments on attic floor with queen size bed with the size of 1.60 m x 2.00 m
- Please be aware that this is not the standard of 1,80 m width imposed by the DEHOGA (German Hotel Association).
- four apartments in the basement with a double bed with two mattresses 1.00 m x 2.00 m
The comfort apartments face the Loschwitzerstraße, partly the adjoining property.
